ClipBell Terms of Service
These terms explain how you may use ClipBell, how Pro plans work and what to expect from video links found on the web.
Who provides ClipBell?
ClipBell is provided by Tanishkha, a GST-registered business in Kanyakumari, Tamil Nadu, India. You can contact us at support@clipbell.com.
By using ClipBell, you agree to these terms. If applicable law requires permission from a parent or guardian to use or purchase the software, that permission is your responsibility.
What licence do you receive?
Tanishkha gives you a limited, non-exclusive licence to use ClipBell under these terms and the plan you choose. The software is licensed to you; ownership of ClipBell's software and branding stays with its respective rights holders.
Use your licence lawfully. You must not resell access, misuse a licence key, falsely present ClipBell as your own product or interfere with the software, except where applicable law expressly permits an activity.
What does ClipBell do?
ClipBell is a browser extension for Chrome, Edge and Brave that alerts you when new videos are released on topics you care about. It searches the web once or twice a day and gathers new results in your list.
ClipBell only links to third-party videos. It does not host, download or copy videos, and it does not grant rights to third-party content or subscriptions.
What are you responsible for?
You are responsible for the topics you choose and the content you decide to watch. Follow the laws of your country and the terms of every website you visit.
- Use ClipBell only for lawful purposes.
- Respect copyright, privacy and other third-party rights.
- Do not use ClipBell to harm others, misuse services or interfere with their operation.
- Keep your device, PIN and Pro licence key secure.
Who controls the linked videos?
The website or content provider controls each linked video, its availability, access rules and subscription terms. Tanishkha does not host, approve or control that content.
Free to watch, Subscription, Not sure, quality and region labels help you assess a result. Availability can change, and the source website's current information takes precedence. A ClipBell Pro plan does not include a streaming subscription.
How do Free and Pro plans work?
Free includes up to 3 topics with the newest 20 videos per topic, silent alerts and one PIN. Pro includes unlimited topics, full history, the master PIN with personal topics, popup and digest alerts, all filters and related videos.
Pro costs ₹99 + GST per month, ₹990 + GST per year or ₹2,999 + GST once for lifetime access for buyers in India, and $2.99 per month, $29.90 per year or $69 once outside India. Indian buyers pay 18% GST on top of the listed price; buyers outside India pay no GST. Prices and billing periods are also described on the Pricing page. Check the final amount, currency, applicable taxes and plan details before paying.
Do subscriptions renew automatically?
A monthly or yearly Pro subscription renews for the chosen billing period only when you authorise recurring payments at checkout. Renewal continues until you cancel under the stated cancellation process.
Before a recurring payment is authorised, you will be shown the amount, billing frequency and renewal terms. Any required notice of a change will be provided before the change takes effect.
A lifetime option is a one-time purchase with no recurring charge. Lifetime access covers ClipBell Pro features for as long as ClipBell Pro is offered, on the purchasing account, with free updates. It is limited to the first 1,000 lifetime purchases.
How do you cancel or request a refund?
You can cancel Pro at any time by emailing support@clipbell.com. Use the stated cancellation process to stop future renewals.
Cancellation and a refund request are separate actions. The Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the first-purchase 7-day full refund window, the lifetime 14-day refund window and the treatment of later renewals.
The effective cancellation date and any remaining paid access follow the terms shown for your plan. Your mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
Are results or uninterrupted service guaranteed?
No. ClipBell cannot guarantee that every relevant video will be found, that a result will remain available, or that an alert will arrive immediately.
ClipBell is provided as available, subject to rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Web pages, browsers and third-party services can change or become unavailable. Checks catch up when you reopen the browser.
How is liability limited?
To the extent allowed by applicable law, Tanishkha is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or losses caused by third-party content or websites.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, deliberate wrongdoing or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing removes a consumer guarantee, remedy or other mandatory right that applies to you.
When can use or paid access end?
You can stop using ClipBell at any time. A paid licence may end when its agreed term ends, payment is not completed, a refund is issued, or there is a material breach of these terms.
Tanishkha may suspend or end a licence where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use or a serious breach, subject to applicable law and any required notice. Ending a licence does not give Tanishkha access to your local topics or history.
Which law and courts apply?
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer protections and other applicable legal rights, disputes fall under the courts of Kanyakumari, Tamil Nadu.
This clause does not restrict a right to bring a claim elsewhere where applicable law gives you that right.
How can you ask about these terms?
Email support@clipbell.com with your question. The business is Tanishkha, Kanyakumari, Tamil Nadu, India.
Updated terms will be shown on this page with their effective date. Material changes affecting a paid plan will be handled with any notice or choice required by applicable law.
