ClipBell is fully digital. Nothing is shipped. Your Pro licence key arrives by email within minutes of payment.
How is ClipBell delivered?
ClipBell is a digital product: a Chrome extension and a Pro licence key. No physical goods are shipped, so there are no shipping charges.
The free extension is installed from the Chrome Web Store. Pro is unlocked with a licence key.
When will I receive my Pro licence key?
Your licence key is emailed to the address you enter at checkout, usually within a few minutes of a successful payment. Paste it into ClipBell under Settings to turn on Pro.
For monthly and yearly plans, your key renews automatically after each successful renewal payment.
What if my key does not arrive?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it has not arrived within 24 hours, email support@clipbell.com with your payment ID and we will resend it.
Is there an exchange policy?
As ClipBell is digital, exchanges do not apply. You can switch between monthly, yearly and lifetime plans by contacting support. Refunds and cancellations are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Where do you deliver?
ClipBell is available worldwide wherever Chrome and the Chrome Web Store are available.
